The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) School Fees – NOUN is a Federal University in Nigeria which was established in July 1983 as an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) institution. However, the University was suspended in 1984 by the Federal Military Government and the institution didn’t take off again until 2002 during the tenure of President Olusegun Obasanjo.

NOUN offers convenient learning practices, particularly for working-class folks, which it seeks to benefit the most.
